I met Mallory back at the Michael + Carina Workshop in Virginia and I’m so glad I did! It was basically love at first sight. Everyone thought we had been friends forever even though we had literally just met that day ;) We had a fantastic time and it was so fun to be photography buddies for a few days. So almost a year later, my husband and I were visiting my family in California over the holidays and I reached out to Mal about meeting up and doing a session with her and her husband on the beach. And just to spice it up so that the boys would be more cooperative, we decided to make a double date of it and go out to eat afterwards. Such a fun day of beach fun photographing each other and having our husbands assist and roll film :) We’ve taught them well… and can’t wait to do it again!
