Heirloom Wedding Album

When I got married, I ordered an heirloom wedding album from my photographer. Through all the moves to new homes (and I’ve moved 4 times since my wedding), the wedding gallery wall and framed photos that I once had up have since all been replaced with new memories. But that’s ok because all my favorite wedding images are still preserved in an album that’s proudly displayed in my living room. It’s there, ready to be enjoyed anytime I want to relive those memories, and anytime I have friends and family over asking about our wedding day.

Don’t let your images live in cloud storage for the next 75 years (will cloud storage even be a thing then??). Have your favorite photos printed in a beautiful heirloom wedding album so that they can be enjoyed for years to come. Each of my Heirloom Albums have custom covers, thick pages that lay flat with every turn, and are an investment that will preserve your wedding memories anytime you want to relive them.

Believe me, I know getting a wedding album is just another cost that you don’t want to be thinking about. But there are so many pros to doing it now rather then waiting down road. So I’m going to answer some of my frequently asked questions about albums

#1- Why do Heirloom Albums cost more then albums from shutterfly or another public album printing source?

Heirloom Albums are definitely worth every penny. I know you can make your own wedding album through a variety of online sources like shutterfly and target, and that they are super cheap to make. But honestly they are cheap for a reason. They aren’t built to last multiple lifetimes! My albums have thick, lay-flat pages so that they never bend or crease. The photo paper also never yellows which is something I see a lot in old photo paper. This is why I say these Heirloom Albums are built to last!

#2- What sizes do you offer?

I offer a 10×10 that comes with 30 pages and a 12×12 that comes with 40 pages.

#3- Do you offer parent/mini albums?

I do! With the purchase of an Heirloom Album, you can add an 8×8 parent album. They are mini duplicates of the original album.

#4 What cover options do you offer?

I have a a variety of different materials to choose from! There is leather, linen, suede, and velvet! The album pictured in this post is this one of the linen options.

#5- How many images come in the album?

You can choose 100 of your favorite images from your online gallery and I’ll design a layout using most of those images, or I can pick the images for you. If you want to pick the images yourself, check out THIS BLOGPOST to learn how to best choose your photos and see an example of what an album layout can look like!

#6- Do you offer boxes to store albums in?

You can add a beautiful walnut box to your album order. You can see a video of it HERE.

#7- Can there be design revisions before printing?

Yes! After I design the page layouts (using the images you pick or the ones I pick), I’ll send you an online proof. On the proof, you can make notes of any revisions or photo swaps you’d like to make.

#8- How long does it take to receive the album in the mail?

Once the proof has been approved and the album has been ordered, it’ll be at your door in 6 weeks.
