Meg and Jeff met in high school 10 years ago. He went to Cornell and she went to the University of the Arts in Orlando, Florida. They love to to travel, go hiking in state parks, watch movies, and cook together.
“Many aspects of our wedding are handcrafted: The florals were designed and arranged by the groom’s mother and her florist team. The signage was designed and made with help from our family members and neighbors. Much of the property itself was restored for the big day by Meg’s father, mother, and a crew of hard-working friends. Desserts are handmade by Meg’s aunts. The bars were built by Meg’s father. Meg made her dress, the rings, bridesmaids jewelry, groomsmen’s tie bars, the invites/programs/seating chart.”
Their intimate wedding in Crosswalks, NJ was at Meg’s childhood home and their ceremony was down the road at an historic Quaker meeting house. Romantic, cozy, and surrounded by loved ones.
