Wedding Photography Consults 101
Right after the holidays, it’s typical for me to see an increase in inquiries. Everyone has started to get engaged between the holidays and Valentine’s Day. It’s so much fun! That’s why un today’s video, I’m talking through my entire wedding photography consult process. It’s important for me to connect with inquiring couples on a more personal level as they inquire with me. I really do want to get to know them and their wedding day before we ever sign a contract. From the start, I know how I want my consults to flow. I begin with a questionnaire and then I’m able to use that before I get on a call or meet with my couples in person. To me, photography consults are about really understanding what my potential couple is planning, making them feel comfortable, and being able to connect one-on-one outside of our email correspondence.
