I’ll be the first to admit that I’m not a city girl. I don’t think I could ever live downtown in a city full-time, BUT I do enjoying visiting and photographing in the city! And being in the historic city of Philadelphia is such a treat! This Downtown Club, Philadelphia wedding had a classic black and white theme which totally complimented this historic town.
Megan and her bridesmaids had their boho curls and braids as well as their stunning makeup done by Capelli & Trucco before hoping in their classic black gowns. And our bride, Megan, actually make her own wedding dress!! Such gorgeous details that photos really don’t do justice, but I sure made an attempt ;) Megan and Josh had their first look and portraits in the cobblestone streets downtown and it brought tears to everyones eyes! I love a groom that isn’t afraid to show emotion. Megan’s bridal bouquet was lush and filled with stunning white blooms thanks to Beautiful Blooms. After portraits around the city, we headed back up to the penthouse suite for their ceremony. I loved the giant chandeliers and wall moldings. After the ceremony, everyone danced the night away accompanied by the Don’t Call me Francis Band. When the guests weren’t dancing, they were munching on goodies by the chocolate fountain. What a stunning day for this Downtown Club Philadelphia wedding!!
