How to Get Feedback from Your Photography Clients (And Why It Matters)
Asking for feedback from our clients can be really hard, and uncomfortable, and that is NORMAL! Growth in our businesses is never going to be comfortable, which is why it’s important to practice asking for and receiving feedback. Over the years, my workflow for getting feedback from my photography clients has changed. But the desire to create a better client experience from that feedback hasn’t. I know it can be SO uncomfortable to ask for feedback from your photography clients. I want to normalize that discomfort and recognize that it is necessary in order for your business to grow.
In this week’s video, I’m sharing which book inspired me to really listen to that feedback (even when it’s hard) and the two ways I ask my couples for that information. I’m also sharing a few times I got some negative feedback and what I did. Discomfort is how we grow – trust me. I get that this isn’t fun, but it’s so important to see change in your business over time!
