Here is my 10 day winter break in iPhone images.
I love and always look forward to winter break. It’s a chance to see family, see new places, and do fun things. This last break we had the amazing opportunity to visit both Jason’s family in Utah and my family in California. In Utah we got a beautiful snowy Christmas and we got to meet our newest little nephew, Tate Robert. He is the cutest little thing and he has so much dark hair. I’ll post more pictures of him on a later day :) From Utah we flew to California to see my family. My mom is the best at planning fun things to do! We went to the LA Zoo, Laguna beach, whale watching, and kayaking. It was sad to leave (which we almost didn’t because we barely made it to the airport in time for our flight! darn LA traffic!).
Winter break is also a great time for me to reevaluate my goals for the upcoming year. I always set goals like “i’m going to workout” and “eat healthy stuff” lol. This year I found a quote on Pinterest that said “Strive for Progress”. I love that. Simple. Applies to everything. So everyday, no matter what I have planned, I am going to strive to progress in something. Whether it’s fitness, my photography, whatever! Every morning I wake up and think, “what can I do to progress in my life today?” I challenge you to do just that. Always strive for progress.
